We are looking for an SLS Parts Coordinator, EUAF with a main responsibility for delivering high customer support & service for the seals & bearings portfolio. The preferred location for this position is Denmark. Norresundby or close by. We offer the possibility of hybrid work. 
  
Your role and responsibilities:
 
As an SLS Parts Coordinator, EUAF You will be an active member of our Sales Team and work together with SLS Sites, Sales Support and Field Service team to ensure first-class customer experience.  The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of the SLS Global Sales Team with diverse expertise.
 
Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Act as contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non – conformities for SLS
• Act as a link between customer and SLS Sites (factories) in the spare parts delivery process
• Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures and guidelines, and local requirements
• Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
• Ensure the quality of spare parts sales documents
• Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders
• Actively follow up on quotes with customers before they expire providing feedback to SLS sales teams
• Actively follow up on the order book
• Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings
• Follow up and communicate parts delivery information accordingly in a timely manner to customers
• Follow up with the supply chain of parts deliveries according to the agreed process
• Maintain and develop knowledge of customer-specific solutions and needs
• Use the internal network within the expertise to escalate issues that may arise within the expertise

 
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have: 
 

• Understand the customers' business 
• Understand the corporate vision 
• Understand Wärtsilä parts order processes 
• Identify needs and problems 
• Have a good knowledge of SAP 
• Written and spoken language skills in English and one of the Nordics
• Knowledge of Wartsila Shaft Line Solutions portfolio is considered an advantage 

In this role, some travel might be required to support the local sales manager.
