We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our Marine Team. In a strong international context, you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Management teams. This position is to be filled at our office in Nantes, France.

What you will be doing :

• Coordinate purchases for the project in connection with the procurement team and the project manager

• Ensure the coordination of logistical movements in connection with the procurement team, the transport manager, and the project manager from the various consolidation points of the group and/or from the suppliers/factories.

• Create export proforma invoices

• Gather and submit delivery slips and other logistical documents to clients

• Analyze letters of credit and create instructions for stakeholders in connection with the finance department

• Verify the documentation package of letters of credit, follow customs regulations

• Track transport invoices in the ERP and transfer to the project manager for validation

• Lead department meetings

• Advise project teams on logistics, VAT, INCOTERMS, etc.

What we are looking for in you:

• BTS in International Trade or equivalent

• 3 to 5 years of experience in export in the field of commerce or logistics, ideally in an industrial context

• Fluent English required

• Autonomy and rigor

• Analytical and decision-making skills

• Produce clear and precise reports

Nous recherchons pour notre Equipe Marine un.e  Coordinateur.trice de Projet. Dans un contexte international fort vous aurez la charge d’apporter support aux équipes Project Management. Ce poste est à pourvoir sur notre bureau de Nantes, France

Vos principales missions :

• Coordonner les achats pour le projet en lien avec l’acheteur et le chef de projet

• Assurer la coordination des mouvements logistiques en lien avec l’acheteur, le manager transport et le chef de projet depuis les différents points de consolidation du groupe et/ou depuis les locaux des fournisseurs/usines.

• Faire les factures proforma export

• Rassembler et soumettre les bordereaux de livraison et autres documents logistique aux clients

• Analyser les lettres de crédit et créer les instructions aux intervenants en lien avec le département financier

• Vérifier la liasse documentaire des lettres de crédit, suivi réglementation douanière

• Suivre les factures transport dans l’ERP et transférer au chef de projet pour validation

• Animer les réunions du département

• Conseiller les équipes projet à propos de logistique, TVA, INCOTERMS etc

Ce que nous recherchons chez vous :

• Diplôme BTS Commerce international ou équivalent

• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en export dans le domaine du commerce ou de la logistique, idéalement dans un contexte industriel

• Anglais courant exigé

• Autonomie et rigueur

• Capacités d’analyse et de prise de décisions

• Produire des reportings clair et précis
