Job Location:  Navi Mumbai

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the Import/ Export tasks maintaining 100% compliance.
• Meet the yearly KPIs assigned by the GCM area team.
• Being the point of contact in customs matters locally to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining relationships with Govt./ relevant stakeholders for Import/Export matters
• Keeping up-to-date Import and export-related rules and regulations
• Data Maintenance in internal portals duly
• Following up and coordinating customs clearances, incl. brokerage management
• Any other tasks related to the role assigned by Team Lead

Education qualification & experience requirement: Any Graduate with minimum of 3 years of work experience.

Other desired skills:

• Hands-on experience in EXIM process
• Hands-on experience in Excel & Powerpoint
• Well-versed in English communication (Written & spoken)
• Handling sensitive information/websites
• Financial Knowledge
• Problem solving & decision-making skills
