FS Global Pool Resources Manager

We are looking for a FS Global Pool Resources Manager to join our Operational Organization based in Navi Mumbai, India, we are looking for a person who understands Wärtsilä business and importance of our Customers.

The Location for the position is :  Navi Mumbai

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the FS processes are followed and Global Field Service strategy is implemented.
  • Recruit and develop competence within the India GFS Pool.
  • Allocate the right resources within FS billable team for best performance.
  • Ensure that the employees have the right competences and skill set.
  • Meet the Customer satisfaction and follow "first time right" attitude.

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Marine/Electrical with minimum 15 years of experience

  • Good leadership skills meaning high moral and ethics.
  • Capability of showing the right directions and stand for your decisions.
  • To be able to listen and be open to changes.
  • To able to have a constructive dialogue with your employees and constantly drive the business forward.
  • To be able to work independently.

  • Information management skills, including MS Office Tools.
  • Good command of English both written and verbal.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
  • Leadership and Team player skills
