As a “Senior Software Engineer”, you will
 

  • Participate in and contribute to requirement assessment and refinement.
  • Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based solutions for HR tech applications.
  • Analyse, plan, and implement system best practices and improvements to optimize AWS infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and better performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services (AWS, Azure).
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR systems.

 

As a successful candidate, you should have
 

  • Minimum 3 years of IT experience, including proven experience with cloud services and API frameworks.
  • Completed BE/B.Tech/MCA/Post Graduations in Computer Science or other relevant.
  • Experience working with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python and Node.js).
  • Proficiency in back-end application development (e.g. Go/Docker).
  • Some experience in front-end application development (e.g. TypeScript/React/HTML/css).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of agile ways of working and Atlassian tools, such as Bamboo, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
  • Experience with Git, monitoring solutions, technical documentation and unit testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Interest in new AWS and DevOps tools and GenAI topics.
