A Shift Supervisor oversees the operations during their assigned shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
As Service Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the work of team members.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Monitoring performance and productivity.
- Addressing any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.
- Reporting on shift activities and outcomes to higher management.
Required Qualification: Diploma Mechanical | BE Mechanical
Required Experience: 5 to 7 years
The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Other required skills:
- Relevant technical academic degree, coupled with years of expertise in Wartsila Lifecycle Products and Services
- Good Cultural knowledge
- Strong result orientation
- Strong will to win
