Shift Supervisor Mechanical

A Shift Supervisor oversees the operations during their assigned shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. 

As Service Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the work of team members.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Monitoring performance and productivity.
• Addressing any issues or emergencies that arise during the shift.
• Reporting on shift activities and outcomes to higher management.

Required Qualification: Diploma Mechanical | BE Mechanical

Required Experience: 5 to 7 years

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Other required skills:

• Relevant technical academic degree, coupled with years of expertise in Wartsila Lifecycle Products and Services
• Good Cultural knowledge
• Strong result orientation
• Strong will to win
