Solution Expert - IAM Service

Our Navi Mumbai delivery center is looking for a dedicated Solution Expert – IAM Service to support our Identity and Access management services.


Responsibilities
 

  • Manage user provisioning, access requests, lifecycle management and exit management across various systems and applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, utilizing understanding of Access Management, Privilege Account Management, Identity Governance, Provisioning and Life Cycle Management
  • Ensure adherence to company security policies and best practices for IAM.
  • Analyse IAM usage data and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external users (employees, consultants, partners, suppliers) on IAM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Security, HR) to resolve complex IAM challenges.
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles for self-service support.

Technical Expertise
 

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environment, Azure AD Connect, and related technologies.
  • Strong grasp of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of identity proofing, multi-factor authentication, and access control solutions (e.g., ClearSkye IAM, Microsoft IAM) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management, ITIL, and Agile frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. – Move to the Qualification chapter
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. –Move to the Qualification chapter
  • Proactive and problem-solving oriented, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. – Move to the Qualification chapter
  • Experience with ServiceNow will be an advantage.

Qualification
 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably with IAM systems.
  • Global mindset and willingness to work with users across different cultures and time zones.
  • Good planning, time management, and overall coordination skills combined with strong execution.
