Solution Manager - ICT Hosting Service

We are looking for a skilled Solution Manager to oversee the delivery and optimization of ICT Production hosting services, including private cloud, Data Center, regional, and hybrid solutions. This role requires technical expertise, client management, and strategic thinking to create innovative and cost-effective hosting solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Solution Development
 •   Manage ICT hosting service solutions, including private cloud, data Center, backup, storage, and infrastructure services.
2.    Service Delivery
•    Ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet defined SLAs and quality standards.
•    Build smarter, agile processes and keep knowledge articles updated.
•    Manage escalations and incident & support ticket lead times.
•    Participate in ICT service delivery projects.
3.    Stakeholder Engagement
•    Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to drive solution success.
•    Help the Service Manager and Service Owners in designing future strategies for ICT Production Hosting.
4.    Service Management and Optimization
•    Manage the lifecycle of ICT hosting services in CMDB, including upgrades, patches, and decommissioning.
•    Ensure software asset license management.
•    Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
•    Ensure server class baseline security. Work closely with the Security team to address security risks and threats.
5.    Asset and Risk Management
•    Run hosting services, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization.
•    Identify and mitigate risks related to solution delivery and operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    10+ years of experience in ICT hosting services, cloud solutions, or a related domain.
•    Proven experience in solution design, delivery, and management.
•    Strong knowledge of hosting environments, including public/private cloud, virtualization, and Data Center technologies.
•    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

•    Certifications such as ITIL, VMware, Microsoft Certification.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
