Solution Manager - SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service

Solution Manager

 

We are looking for a Solution Manager - SAP Sales & Distribution and Customer Service with a focus on e-invoicing solutions. We are offering a lot of challenges and growth potential for people passionate about supporting businesses with world-class solutions. In this role, you will be part of the Global ERP CoE team working closely together with business and other members of our department to enhance the value of the IT delivery and development of your solution domain.

 

A possible location for this position is India (Mumbai).

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages changes and new requirements within own functional area(s)​ (SD, CS, and e-invoicing)
  • SAP Configuration within own functional area(s)​
  • Being an integral part of the e-invoicing initiative & driving the implementations from the IM side
  • Makes solution proposals / functional designs and prototypes/mock-ups and provides information to support decision-making concerning the requirements in projects and enhancement requests.
  • Supports, consults, and participates in operational development projects, enhancing and optimizing processes.
  • Agile team member​
  • Manages the documentation and test cases related to the functional developments assigned to you​
  • Work in close cooperation with colleagues in ERP CoE and the whole of IM, as well as business stakeholders and vendors

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Education: B.Sc or M.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering
  • Detailed experience, including functional configuration and implementation experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) & SAP Customer Service (CS), and e-invoicing
  • Detailed experience of e-invoicing implementations using different platforms (preferably Pagero, Edicom)
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is seen as an advantage.
  • Very good communication, presentation, and cooperation skills in the global environment
  • Proactive, development-minded, independent, and goal-focused attitude to work
  • Good leadership, collaboration, and change management skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL, project management, agile, and service design is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent written and spoken English
