Solution Manager

As a "Solution Manager", you will .

 

  • Define service description and delivery model as per IM standard processes and guidelines.
  • Manage Technical Operations - Ensure Technical support, System Administration processes and deliverables are as per agreed SLA/OLA. Manage Infrastructure components, system architecture as per Enterprise architecture, Cyber Security, and other compliance (GDPR) guidelines.
  • Manage demands, solution delivery - Perform requirement analysis, scope definition and prioritization, evaluation of solution designs and approving the best fit design, Solution validation, provide relevant trainings and best practices to key users.
  • Manage changes and Releases - Plan and implement service-related changes to different system environments. Communicate stakeholders concerning the changes.
  •  Roadmapping and Budgeting - Develop and maintain technical roadmap and operational budget for the service.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with the partner (vendor) team, who are responsible for delivery of technical solution and support, to ensure adherence to quality solutions, and best practices at optimized cost. Also engage with business users and other relevant stakeholders as and when needed in various forums - DevForum, CAB etc.
  •  Continuous improvement - Assess, plan, and implement continuous service improvements in technology, process, way of working etc. to align with business and department strategy. 

 

As a successful candidate, You must have

 

  • Minimum 7 years of IT experience of which at least 3 years of experience in managing and driving Application lifecycle for global organizations using standard processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Completed BE/BTech/MCA/Post Graduations in Computer Science or other relevant Information Technology or Computer Science from recognized institute.
  • Excellent Problem solving, decision-making and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with excellent team collaborative skills and ownership drive. 
  • Strong technical/functional aptitude and understanding, including ability to quickly learn new tools, techniques, applications, and technology.
  • Experience in REACT, JavaScript, ASP.NET/C#/Java/Python, Web Services/REST API, XML, HTML5
  • Experience in database design, and Query - SQL Server/Oracle etc.
  • You may have
  • Experience in Master Data Management tool like Microsoft Master Data services.
  • Experience in Business Process Orchestration tools like Camunda.
  • Good understanding of Web 2.0 Technologies, Cloud Platforms, Mobile Apps.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework, development lifecycle processes, System and Technology architecture.
