Sr Solution Manager - SAP PP, QM & PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a mid-senior level SAP Functional expert who is experienced in defining, developing, leading, and managing SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP QM (Quality Management) & SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) solutions, strategy, and roadmaps in accordance with organizational requirements. In this role you will be part of Global ERP CoE team working closely together with business and other members of our department to enhance the value of the IT delivery and development of the own solution domain.

Location : Navi Mumbai, India

Primary Responsibilities:

The Sr Solution Manager will be primarily responsible for:

• Act as solution manager to analyses business requirements, develops functional design, supports development team and business to successful deployment of solutions in SAP S/4 Hana in own functional area.
• Act as Solution lead to supports, consults, and participates in operational development & strategic projects in own functional area.
• Provides system expertise to architects and business stakeholders in exploring and developing new functionality in own functional area.
• Provides 3rd level support for incident handling and recurring problems.
• Collaborate with team-mates, external partners (vendors) and business stake holders to ensure operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assess, plan, and implement continuous improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of the deliverables. 
• Manage, communicate and inform the development changes to the relevant stakeholders with in own functional areas
• Manage solution documentations relevant to your solutions, such as functional & technical design, test cases & UVT approvals, RCA, application governance, concept design etc.
• Ensure adoption, development, optimise and automate service operations processes, in collaboration with ERP team & AMS partner. 
• Support & mentor internal team-members and extended team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables in own functional area.

Qualification Criteria:

As a successful candidate, you should have:

• Completed Bachelor/master's degree in technology or engineering from recognized institute.
• Minimum 10 years of professional & proven experience in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) & SAP Quality Management (QM) & SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Experience of SAP eSPP will be seen as an advantage
• Good knowledge in interfacing the solution with other SAP modules and satellite applications are desirable. 
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) & Agile (Scrum) software development lifecycle would be advantageous.
• Proactive, development-minded, independent, and goal-focused attitude to work.
• Excellent Problem-solving, decision-making, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, and Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
