Supervisor - O&M

We are looking to hire Shift Supervisor O & M mechanical to be based at our client site at Hindustan Zinc, Pantnagar

 

Main Responsibilities  :

  • The Mechanical Executive will coordinate all operational activities during the shift to ensure the plant is operated according to demand while also planning and coordinating both operation and maintenance activities for the plant and the assigned team.
  • The role includes ensuring that plant performance targets are achieved as per contractual requirements, training new workers on maintenance procedures and standards, and ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with Wärtsilä's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines as well as customer site procedures.
  • The Executive will prioritize and allocate tasks to ensure effective utilization of team resources, maintain communication with the grid control center and plant management regarding plant loading, and keep all operation and maintenance records updated as per plant management procedures.
  • Additionally, the role requires assisting superiors when needed, developing operational routines at the plant, and strictly following all maintenance procedures in accordance with Wärtsilä standards.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Educational Requirement : Diploma/Graduate Engineers in Mechanical discipline.
