Main Responsibilities:
Accountabilities:
- Internal/external customer satisfaction

- Lead and manage operative daily PCM activities
- Fulfilment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach personnel within own team.
- Mentor and develop team members for optimal performance and identification and development of succession plan
- Balance workload among team members to grant efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure quality and timely handling of quotations, orders, recording of claims and other related documents. Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Monitor and report business performance via KPI's and targets (performance and behavioural) in assigned team(s).
- Ensure that the business objectives and targets are met.
- Execute action plans according to rules and regulations.
- Cooperate with other Team Leads in other locations to ensure best practices.
- Identify waste in PCM processes having an operational excellence (OE) or continuous improvement (WCI) approach.
- Lead initiatives, OE waves, RPAs, etc to ensure constant improvement of E2E process in alignment with the PCM Strategy
- Use internal network to escalate issues that may arise.
- Weekly OB review and follow-up.

- Maintain continuous improvement by using tools and techniques
- Develops strategies & relationships with the internal / external partners and clients
