About the Role
Join our Data Production team, which works on producing and validating digital nautical charts to support safe and efficient maritime navigation worldwide.
Who We Are Looking For
Education:
- Final-year or master's student at the Faculty of Mathematics (PMF), Faculty of Physics, or the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF), or Faculty of Geography
Technical Skills:
- Basic familiarity with the fundamentals of maritime navigation and chart-based data representation
- Basic familiarity with mapping or GIS tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar geospatial software
- General understanding of cartographic principles, spatial data, and geospatial formats
Personal Qualities:
- Strong motivation to learn and grow within a new and evolving professional field
- Genuine interest in modern products, technologies, and current industry developments, particularly in marine cartography and navigation
- Willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge and adapt to emerging tools, including digital nautical charts and navigation systems
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to assigned tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow guidelines, maintain discipline, and work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Program Details
The internship will start in September/October 2026 and last for 6 months, on a part-time basis.
