Position Description:

Wartsila is looking for an Sales Manager to be responsible for the local sales /sales support team of Flender and Winergy products.

Monitoring and control all activities of his /her team, including creation of new offers, calculations, costs and margin control. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction, and improve our relationship in the Brazilian market.

We search for a high potential professional with good relationship profile to manage all new opportunities, new agreements, CRM inputs, daily activities and internal relationship within Wartsila and with our partner in Germany.

 

High approach as team leader, to prepare the Renewables and Drives team for future growth, including the representation in the Brazilian market, mainly in Wind Energy, Mining and Cement Industries.

 

It is also required ability for own development and the development of others by transfer technical and behavioral knowledge.

Requirements

 

  • Engineering degree
  • Business and Customer oriented, including excellent background in sales tools;
  • More than 5 years of experience in Sales.
  • Knowledge on guidelines and procedures related to Quality, Health, Environment and Safety.
  • Availability for frequent travels.
  • Knowledge of sales force tools, such as CRM;
  • SAP user;
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relation skills.
  • Excellent team work skills.

 

Desired Skills

 

  • Knowledge of financial modelling, including valuation of news projects and orders;
  • knowledge on gearboxes for Industry and Wind energy.
  • Intermediate Spanish.

 

  Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure the sales volume of the year, capturing the customers and opportunities in the market;
  • Promote Wartsila brand representing Winergy and Flender products in the Brazilian market;
  • Create new opportunities, including new projects and service agreements, to ensure the business growth in Brazil;
  • Implementation of the business plan of Renewables & Drives, to reach the annual targets establish by senior management;
  • Maintain Customer satisfaction applying the KPIs of measure;
  • Manage warranty claims and related communication with our partner factories in Germany and India;
  • Manage the sales and sales support team and respective evaluations of performance and development;
  • Co-develop and co-work with our partner in Germany.
