Workshop Marine Power is seeking an enthusiastic Service Technician Workshop to join our skilled team in Niterói/RJ, Brazil.

 

For us to be the best match, we expect you to hold a vocational education in Mechanical or Electrotechnical. In this position, your work will include performing inspections and overhauls of 4-stroke engine parts - cylinder head, cylinder liner, pumps, coolers, injection equipment, etc.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Performing local workshop activities in accordance with company standards, guidelines and procedures.
  • Carry out services with workshop staff, maintaining cleanliness and order.
  • Making high-quality maintenance reports for all services carried out in the workshop.
  • Inspecting and organizing the workshop and general tools and equipment.
  • Keeping workshops and tools and equipment in top condition.
  • Supporting the Workshop Leader and other Technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with all local requirements related to QEHS, in partnership with the respective department.

 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Completed Technical Course (Mechanical or Electrotechnical)
  • CFT or CREA register
  • Knowledge of using general and hydraulic tools
  • Metrology skills;
  • Skills with Microsoft Office;
  • The ability to read and understand technical assembly drawings and assembly instructions;
  • English written and verbal;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (will be a plus)
