Main responsibilities:
· Conduct regular field inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
· Assist in the identification and assessment of workplace hazards and risks in the field.
· Support the implementation of safety measures and corrective actions to mitigate identified risks.
· Participate in incident investigations, gather data, and assist in developing and implementing corrective actions.
· Provide on-site HSE training and guidance to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety.
· Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and ensure accurate documentation of field activities.
· Assist in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
· Collaborate with field supervisors and workers to address HSE concerns and improve safety practices.
You will shine in this role, when you have:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, or a
related field.
· Strong understanding of HSE principles and regulations, with a focus on field operations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with field personnel.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a field environment.
