Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location : Betano , East Timor

Accountabilities :

1. Ensure the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of all electrical equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), instrumentation devices and 150 kV device and its control.

2. Achieve performance targets in line with contractual obligations within the assigned area of responsibility.

3. Implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs and maintain high standards of housekeeping in the workplace.

 

Main Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate daily electrical, instrumentation, PLC maintenance activities and able to troubleshoot activities include High Voltage at the plant and/or within the assigned team.

2. Conduct inspections, calibration, and functional testing of controllers, instruments, and devices in the power plant.

3. Supervise and/or prepare complete, accurate maintenance records and reports.

4. Identify material and equipment requirements and oversee timely procurement to ensure availability.

5. Ensure all work is executed in compliance with Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines, customer site procedures, and the assigned maintenance plan.

6. Collaborate closely with Mechanical Maintenance and Operations teams to schedule and align maintenance activities.

7. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety, fire, and regulatory standards in the work area.

 

Job Specification :

· Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Knowledge of Wärtsilä engines is an advantage.

· 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

· Willing to stay at site with rotation leave schedule.
