Senior Maintenance Planner

Wärtsilä is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation and updating of maintenance plans, ensuring the availability of necessary resources, and continuously improving maintenance processes. As a Senior Maintenance Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient maintenance of our installations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the creation of agreement lifetime maintenance plans.
  • Updating annual and detailed maintenance plans for assigned agreements and preparing inputs for annual financial maintenance planning.
  • Ensuring the availability of required spare parts, exchange parts, field service resources, and necessary maintenance tools for maintenance tasks at the installation, as per the maintenance plan, using the corresponding CMMS standard tool for Maintenance Planning (Maximo).
  • Conducting periodic analysis of Maintenance Plans versus Equipment Performance, with a focus on the continuous improvement of Maintenance Plans for the installations.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders in the development and implementation of support tools for Maintenance Management.

 

Requirements/Skills:

  • Professional degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Energy Industry.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in creating data reports.
  • Highly proficient in the use of IBM Maximo software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with strong leadership and communication skills.
