Coordinator for Technical Office

Technical Office Coordinator

We are now looking for a Office Coordinator to join our Technical Office team of 17 engineers working on Shaft Line Components. The position is permanent. The location for the position is in Porriño, Country, Spain.


What will you be doing

In this position, your work will include the organization and control of the technical office resources to guarantee the availability and meet with the agreed schedules. On a typical day, you will be working to balance and planning the office resources as well as coordinating with other departments the delivery of the projects. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from the rest of the team.

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have knowledge in maritime environment, and shaftline equipment and experience from working. As an ideal candidate, you have gained experience technical office and knowledge mechanical components as well as notions of project management. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to have good personal skills and organization capacity to manage a dynamic environment.

As Technical office coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Receive the orders to technical office.
  • Coordinate the resources with the line managers
  • Coordinate internally with other departments the delivery of the projects on due time.

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customer around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
