We are now looking for a 

Sealing Solutions Manager

to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the location is in Porriño. 

What you will be doing 
 

As the Manager of the Seals Area, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and providing timely support to other departments, including Sales, Production, and Field Service, to ensure smooth operations. You must possess extensive technical knowledge of the product, as well as manufacturing and field service processes.

Your responsibilities will include creating and managing technical instructions, procedures, and manuals to ensure clear understanding and effective knowledge transfer to field service teams, supporting customers for optimal product performance.

Additionally, you will support product development by understanding customer needs, providing timely support, and ensuring the quality of information provided. Effective communication with internal customers is essential, including producing relevant drawings and offering high-level technical support throughout the manufacturing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and delivery processes.

As Sealing solutions manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

• Take responsibility for the seals area.
• Develop new products and services.
• Keep contact and good relationship with the internal and external customers.

You will shine in this role, when you have: 

• Initiative and proactive approach to the customer and projects.
• Generate new design proposals or innovative approaches to the product.
• Propose new services and designs that better support our customers and our growth in the market.

In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
