Sales Support

We are now looking for a

 

Sales Support

 

to join our Sales Support team. The position is temporary for 12 months. The location for the position is in Porriño, Spain. 

 

What will you be doing


In this position, your work will include the cost analysis on the Sales Support department, performing costs analysis of our products and/or projects to ensure a qualified and on time response to customer' enquiries.  You will have to contribute to cost reduction and to be in contact with other departments and/or suppliers. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from one colleague in the Technical Support and the rest of the Sales Support team.  

 

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in naval sector and experience from working Microsoft Office package, especially in Excel and Outlook. As an ideal candidate, you have gained experience from working in team and under pressure and fluency in English, both verbal and written. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to have a good attitude and a desire to learn and grow with us.  
 

As Sales Support, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Carrying out systematic cost analyses for our products and projects
  • Reporting costs development
  • Providing effective input for cost revisions for quotation system
  • Performing cost calculations of new products
  • Awareness of cost and effectiveness, proactively play a part in cost reduction
  • Contributing to improvement of internal processes
  • Timely and qualified response to customer RFQ´s tendering (incl. projects and large-scale overhauls, retrofits etc.) and selling these solutions in close collaboration with our Sales Support Team 

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

  • Solid understanding of technical drawing
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Technically skilled in naval sector, gained through both experience and knowledge
  • Analytically and results-oriented mindset
  • Team player who engages and collaborates with others to deliver results
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop yourself
  • Due to the nature of the position and travel requirements, we expect you to hold a driving license
