Senior Maintenance Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily mechanical maintenance activities at the plant and/or assigned team.
- Ensure performance targets of the plant are met according to the contract within your area of responsibility.
- Train new workers on maintenance procedures and standards.
- Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools, ensuring they are maintained according to applicable guidelines and policies; take corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure work is executed at the plant according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines, customer site procedures, and the assigned maintenance plan.
- Inspect completed work to ensure repairs are completed correctly and machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards.
- Coach and mentor maintenance staff, assisting them in diagnosing more complex machinery or equipment problems.
- Develop maintenance working routines at the plant.
- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure team resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met.

Education:
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical
Experience:
- Ten (10) years of experience in field service on W32 and V32 engines.
- Ten (10) years of experience in the operation and/or maintenance of power plants.
