Wärtsilä Energy Business - Central Americas Region is seeking a Field Service E&A Coordinator. As a Field Service E&A Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing service delivery teams to ensure optimal performance in field service deliveries and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage assigned service delivery activities within the local area.
• Ensure that Field Services activities are properly planned and executed to meet agreed contractual delivery times and customer requirements.
• Lead, mentor and coach personnel within your team to enhance performance and professional development.
• Proactively solve technical and operational issues in an optimized and efficient manner.
• Provide technical support, training and/or guidance.
• Foster the development of personnel within the assigned team, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
• Establish and monitor individual performance and development targets of your team.
• Ensure that team activities are aligned with the business strategy, objectives, and targets.
• Monitor and report key business performance indicators of the assigned team and area of responsibility.
• Ensure the implementation of the processes and tools according to business as well as Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
• Facilitate effective collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the delivery chain, including Sales, Agreement Management, and Technical Service.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
• Over 5 years of experience executing services and/or coordinating service delivery, with proven experience in leading technical teams.
• Strong understand of the Field Service process and its integration with other support and delivery functions in Wärtsilä.
• Knowledge of SalesForce (CRM), Technical Knowledge Base, SAP and Qlikview.
• Proficiency of MS Power Point, MS projects, Excel and Word.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
