Administrative Analyst (Sales Team) - PCD

We are now looking for a Administrative Analyst to join our Sales Team . In this position, you will support Account Managers and General Manager in Wärtsilä in Marine business, and the location of the position is in our office in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil.


What you will be doing?

In this position, your work will include controlling, managing and keeping internal documents up to date. On a normal day, you will enter company information into customer systems, supporting the preparation of paperwork for the sales process..

For us to be the best match, we expect you to be organized, want to learn and develop, and understand English. As the ideal candidate, you should have a bachelor's degree and experience in activities related to this position.


Main activities:

  • Maintaining up-to-date internal documentation (certificates, registrations, etc.)
  • Preparing information for registering the company with clients as a supplier
  • Supporting the organization of internal and external events
  • Assisting in the reception of employees from other countries traveling in Brazil
  • Contribute market inputs that can improve the business



  • Completed bachelor’s degree
  • Intermediate English (written e read)
  • Knowledge in Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook and Word)
  • Systems friendly
  • Spanish will be a plus
  • Experience in activities related to those described above
