Position Description - Agreement Delivery Coordinaror, Assets (Cylinder Heads)
Job tasks
• Coordination of spare parts and workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for Cylinder Heads. Coordinates activities within budget.
• Communicates the maintenance job progress with customer and internal contract core team. Applies project management skills to manage jobs.
• Support customer with unscheduled maintenance requests, act accordingly to resolve as quickly as possible (escalate technical issues as needed).
• Timely and accurate reaction to assigned contractual customer requests.
• Works with customer to coordinate logistics of cylinder heads to and from the vessels and Wartsila Workshops worldwide.
• Works with Wartsila teams to implement prepared scheduled overhauls. Assigns workshop locations. Works with workshops to get the components overhauled in time. Works with PCM to ensure spare part availability and on time delivery
• Work closely together with assigned team, especially the Cylinder Heads Maintenance Planner to ensure proper delivery of cylinder head plan.
• Actively updates the contract manager of any important issues. Proactively finds alternative solutions to issues identified to ensure maintenance activities remain on schedule.
• Problem solving, claim handling while ensuring Wartsila complies with its contractual requirements.
• Proper record keeping/archiving of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status report, service work reports
• Provide monthly job cost estimations for maintenance activities and be able to explain any deviations when necessary
