Agreement Delivery Coordinator

We are now looking for an Agreement Delivery Coordinator to join our Agreement Management team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Main responsibilities:
1.Spare Parts Procurement & Delivery Management:
- Place and track spare parts orders to meet client requirements and contractual deadlines.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely shipment and compliance with quality standards.
- Resolve logistics challenges (e.g., customs, shipping delays) to minimize downtime for clients.
2.Swing Set and Gear Box Procurement:
- Raise purchase orders (POs) for critical units, including thruster swing sets and gear boxes, in alignment with project schedules.
- Coordinate with project and internal teams to ensure manufacturing timelines support vessel docking schedules.
- Coordinate classification certification of the unit with local classification office.
3.Project Coordination & Workshop Oversight:
- Lead the review and overhaul of thrusters and gear boxes in workshops, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and workshop teams to troubleshoot issues and validate component readiness.
- Coordinate the logics of the units from and to the WNL workshop to customer.
- Coordinate the preservation and storage activities and shares SWR with customer monthly.
4.Technical Improvements & Upgrades:
- Propose technical upgrades and modifications to propulsion systems as per technical recommendations.
- Support the implementation of approved upgrades, including cost-benefit analysis and timeline planning.
5.Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary interface between clients, internal teams (engineering, procurement, workshops), and external suppliers if needed.
- Provide regular updates to clients on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Manage on the job change orders.
6.Contract Support:
- Assist the Contract Manager in updating delivery schedules for thrusters and spare parts, ensuring alignment with docking plans.
- Monitor and report on budget utilization for spare parts and upgrades, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
7.Continuous Improvement:
- Analyse root causes of delays or quality issues and recommend corrective actions for Spare Parts, Workshop work, FS work and project work.
Requirements:
- Experience in Propulsion Sector: Proven track record in propulsion systems, including design, development, and implementation.
- Technical Education: Preferably a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Process and Logistics Management: Knowledge in process management and logistics.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of propulsion systems and their applications.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
