Agreement Sales Manager
We are looking for an Agreement Sales Manager to join our team in the area of America's marine business.

Marine Life Cycle Agreement Business sounds exciting to you, these could be your responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Capture Teams to win the deals for the assigned agreement sales opportunities.
- Lead the commercial and contractual negotiations with the customers and deliver won deals as key negotiator and deal closer.
- Define the strategy and action plan, together with the Capture Teams, for the sales opportunities assigned.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the agreement sales process.
- Discuss conceptually with senior customer representatives when needed and lead more detailed discussions on executing levels.
- Manage, monitor, and develop the agreement sales opportunities in own responsibility and report the progress in the CRM system and to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the GM Agreement Sales to build the forecast of Agreement Sales.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential agreement customers and grow the sales funnel.
- Organise, lead and participate in relevant sales meetings with customers.
- Identify, asses and manage potential risks detected in the agreement proposals to the customers. Oversee the total balance of risks and rewards during contract negotiations.
- Ensure agreements sales profitability as per the Agreement Sales organization procedures and guidelines
This is what it takes as for requirements:
- Ideal candidate has a BSc or MSc degree in engineering or business.
- Ability to focus on the right things, take ownership and make things happen.
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Competence with customer relationship management methods with tools such as CRM software (SalesForce).
- Solid track record in marine market technical sales, with experience in sales and negotiation of contracts above 5 MM USD.
- Readiness and willingness to travel.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and proven track record in working with matrix organizational settings.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
