We are now looking for a Resource Planner – 4Stroke Services (AMER South Region) to join our team working for a better future.

The position is permanent and hybrid, with the preferred location in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

 

What You Will Be Doing?

 

In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and follow up on 4Stroke service resources across the AMER region, covering Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina and neighboring countries. You will manage the full resource demand workflow and ensure that service requests, schedules, and staffing plans are accurate, traceable, and aligned with internal procedures.

Acting as the first filter for service requests coming from Sales Proposals, you will validate feasibility, confirm availability of Field Service Engineers (FSE), and coordinate potential changes, constraints, or cross-country allocations based on capacity and budget.

You will work closely with operations, resource coordinators, and FSE teams to maintain updated schedules in CRM and operational reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and resilience to manage frequent changes typical of the marine and service business.

This is a technicaladministrative planning position with a strong focus on operational accuracy, documentation, coordination, and continuous improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain the 4Stroke resource activity plan for the AMER South region.
  • Manage the complete Smart Resources Request process, ensuring accurate and timely resource booking.
  • Monitor and coordinate all requests through the AMER MB South Resources shared mailbox.
  • Track and update service planned dates, ensuring schedule accuracy in the Kanban board and internal tools.
  • Update and maintain the Billable Rate report and other operational planning data.
  • Follow up on service demand and scheduling information using CRM/Salesforce, ensuring information is correct and up to date.
  • Validate service requests from Sales Proposals, confirming feasibility, technical requirements, and alignment with resource capacity.
  • Coordinate with operations and Field Service Engineers to confirm availability, resolve planning constraints, and address schedule changes.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and support continuous improvements to planning processes and tools.

 

What It Takes:

 

  • Administrative, Technical, or equivalent degree.
  • Advanced English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Knowledge in maintenance planning and understanding of 4stroke engines or Electrical & Automation services.
  • (Nice to have) Spanish proficiency.
