We are looking for a Contract Manager with a main responsibility in managing Maintenance Agreements. The preferred location for this position is Rubbestadneset, Norway. We offer a possibility to hybrid work.
Your role and responsibilities
As a Contract Manager, you'll be part of an energetic agreement management Central & North Europe team with diverse expertise. This position is part of the Marine Performance Services business.
As a Contract Manager your work will include:
- Accountability for execution of assigned maintenance agreements
- Technical support and advice to customers
- Proactive customer communication to generate and secure customer satisfaction
- Lead and coach the agreement contract core team
- Execute and deliver assigned contracts safely and efficiently, exceed customer expectations
- Financial planning and follow-up
To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:
- Proven technical experience in marine operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Skilled in planning, target setting and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple agreements and priorities
- Operational experience from maritime vessels and or /Rig would be an advantage
Requirements for the position:
- B.Sc. or equivalent within the technical area
- Solid understanding of the LNGC/Maritime business and service approach towards the customer will be prioritized
- Experience in contract management and/or sales, project delivery or field service
- Deep experience in 4-stroke engine maintenance
- Good verbal and written skills in English
