Invoice Coordinator

We are looking for 2 well structured Invoice Coordinators with a solution oriented mindset. We now have openings for one permanent and one project based employment at Rubbestadneset, Norway.

 

What you will be doing

 

As Invoice Coordinator, you ensure that orders and projects are timely and correctly invoiced according to quotation and project specification among other tasks, our work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Facilitating invoices and payments
  • Invoicing of  projects, contracts, workshops  and Field service projects..

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Economical Background or relevant documented experience
  • Previous experience in finance, invoicing and administration
  • Good oral and written communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
  • Incurrent knowledge and experience with local and national agreements.
  • Knowledge of  Business system SAP is an advantage.
