We are now looking for a Warehouse & logistics Manager to join our Marine service workshop team in Norway.
The location of the position is at Rubbestadneset, Bømlo, Norway.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:


  • Direct line manager for a team of five
  • Responsible for all processes related to Warehouse, transportation, packing and sending.  
  • Responsible for developing and improve the processes.
  • Controlling and monitoring the incoming and outgoing processes in the warehouse
  • Deployment of staff, definition of tasks, responsibilities and authorities
  • Responsible for stock value and stock counting, and scrapping.
  • Responsible for Customs warehouse
  • QHES and 5S responsible within Warehouse & logistic area
  • Collaborate with Service execution to make sure we deliver on time
  • Planning and monitoring of costs in stock management
  • Control of any external service providers in the warehouse or packing department
  • Ensure proper maintaining and developing of all our store locations, store conditions and belonging equipment and tools
  • Waste management (workshop contact person)

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have

  • Positive mindset and Yes-I-Can-attitude
  • Good cooperation skills 
  • Qualification / relevant education
  • Long-term relevant professional experience
  • SAP knowledge in the area of logistics
  • Process knowledge regarding logistics procedures
  • Fluent Norwegian and English
