Propulsion Coordinator

To our Workshop in Rubbestadneset, Bømlo, Wärtsilä Norway AS is looking for:

 

 

PROPULSION COORDINATOR

In our workshop we carry out service and maintenance on equipment related to our customers' propulsion systems.

This mainly applies to thrusters, propellers and gearboxes from vessel and rig market.

As Propulsion coordinator you will be responsible for planning and carrying out projects of various dimensions where a close and good collaboration with the customer will be an important success factor.

You will also be involved in service offering and development of the department.

Our preferred candidates have a high work capacity, are structured, service oriented and have a solution-oriented mindset.

 

WANTED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in the field; diploma, technical vocational school. Relevant experience can replace a lack of formal education

• Good knowledge of Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.

• Experience with preparing reports/documentation

PROPULSION KOORDINATOR

I vår workshop utfører vi service og vedlikehold på utstyr relatert til våre kunders framdriftssystemer.

Dette gjelder i hovedsak Thrustere, propeller og gearbokser fra båt og riggmarkedet.

Som Propulsion koordinator vil du være ansvarlig for planlegging og gjennomføring av prosjekt av ulik størrelse der et tett og godt samarbeid med kunde vil være en viktig faktor for å lykkes.

Du vil også være delaktig i tilbudsarbeid og utvikling av avdelingen.

ØNSKEDE KVALIFIKASJONER

  • Utdannelse innen fagfeltet; fagbrev, teknisk fagskole. Relevant erfaring kan erstatte manglende formell utdannelse
  • Gode norsk- og engelskkunnskaper, muntlig og skriftlig.
  • Erfaring med utarbeiding av rapporter/dokumentasjon
