Sales Manager

For our Sales Team in Norway we are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager. In this role, you will work together with 14 highly competent team members and report to Head of Sales Norway.

 

Main responsibilities
 

  • Develop, report, and assume accountability for sales and support for assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain and further develop new and existing customer relationships
  • Actively plan and implement customer visits providing a strong and professional support to our customers
  • Identify and develop new sales projects, support decarbonization with a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Sales project development, budgeting and offer preparation

 

Who are we looking for?
 

We believe you are proactive, self-driven and have a commercial mindset. You have excellent customer relationship skills, and you thrive during negotiations. You enjoy working independently but are also a team player who is dedicated to the team. If you in addition have passion for the maritime industry and sustainability, we believe you are a good fit!
 

In order for you to thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have the following qualifications:
 

  • BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent. Relevant working experience can compensate for lack of educational degree
  • Preferred 5+ years’ experience from B2B sales, Business Development, Project Sales or Sales Account Management
  • The maritime industry with its drivers and influencers is known to you
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Norwegian
