We are now looking for a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our skilled Field Service Coordination team. The location for the position is Rubbestadneset, Norway.

 

 

What will you be doing?

 

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the execution of service jobs onboard customers’ installations, both within Norway and abroad. You will have the ability to build relations both within the organization and externally with our customers. As an ideal candidate, you have excellent interpersonal skills, you work well independently and in teams, and you are structured and efficient in your way of working.

 

 

Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to: 

 

  • Planning of the field service jobs/projects to ensure quality of the job preparations and subsequently controlling the field service works execution.
  • Focusing on execution to ensure the completion of the field service works on time and within agreed budget and strategy.
  • Cooperating with other departments and stakeholders to meet defined targets and strategies.
  • Providing input to development of HSE processes, methodology, tools, and competency, working methods and -routines, in order to secure stakeholders satisfaction and secure defined targets.
  • Continuously updating the various computerized tools being used for field service management and reporting.

 

 

The below will enable you to succeed in this role:

 

  • Experience with Project Management.
  • M. Sc. or B. Sc. in Engineering/Chief engineer level (relevant work experience may compensate for lack of formal education).
  • Experience working as a Machinist or Service Operator will be considered an advantage (technical know-how).
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, verbally and written.
  • General knowledge of Wärtsilä products.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and a structured way of working.

Til vår feltserviceorganisasjon på Rubbestadneset søker Wärtsilä Norway AS etter en positiv Service Koordinator med stå-på vilje. Stillingen som Service Koordinator innebærer ansvar for gjennomføring av servicejobber som foregår ombord på kundenes installasjon i inn- og utland.

 

Som Service Koordinator må du ha evnen og kunnskapen til å bygge gode relasjoner både internt i organisasjonen og eksternt med våre kunder. I tillegg må du ha egenskapene både til å arbeide selvstendig og i team samtidig som du er strukturert og effektiv. 

 

 

Arbeidsoppgaver:

 

  • Planlegge og koordinere servicejobber. 
  • Sikre at oppdrag blir utført i samsvar med avtalt tid og budsjett og i henhold til våre prosedyrer innen kvalitet og sikkerhet. 
  • Ha et tett samarbeid med interne og eksterne samarbeidspartnere. 
  • Være en aktiv bidragsyter til avdelingens HMS-prossesser og bidra til at avdelingen når sine HMS-mål. 
  • Tiltredelse i vår 24/7 vaktordning kan være aktuelt på sikt. 

 

 

Kvalifikasjoner:

 

  • Erfaring som prosjektleder. 
  • Formell utdannelse på ingeniør-/maskinsjefnivå, relevant arbeidserfaring kan kompensere for manglende formell utdannelse. 
  • Erfaring fra stilling som maskinist, serviceoperatør anses som en fordel.
  • Gode kommunikasjonsevner, både på norsk- og engelsk, skriftlig og muntlig. 
  • Generell kjennskap til Wärtsiläs produkter. 
  • Evne til å jobbe med flere ting samtidig.
