Operator Service Center/Resepsjon


Vi i vår Real Estate and Facility-avdeling er på utkikk etter en engasjert Service Center Operator/Resepsjonsmedarbeider for å styrke vårt team. Vårt mål er å arbeide for en mer bærekraftig fremtid ved å tilby støtte til våre forretningslinjer. Stillingen er fast og heltid med arbeidssted på våre kontorer i Rubbestadneset, Bømlo og Heiane, Stord.


Dine oppgaver vil inkludere:

 

  • Yte førsteklasses gjestfrihet ved våre to lokasjoner i Wärtsilä Norge.
  • Betjene sentralbordet for alle Wärtsiläs juridiske enheter og lokasjoner i Norge.
  • Håndtere både intern og ekstern post.
  • Håndtere sikkerhetstjenester, inkludert ISPS-områdene i Rubbestadneset.
  • Overvåkning av lokaler, brannsikkerhet og evakuering.
  • Administrere adgangssystemer.
  • Støtteoppgaver innen administrasjon, fasiliteter og innkjøp, med spesiell fokus på kostnadseffektivitet.


Du vil skinne i denne rollen hvis du:

 

  • Er proaktiv og selvgående med en naturlig evne til å se og ta ansvar for nødvendige oppgaver.
  • Har et serviceinnstilt og energisk vesen.
  • Har gode språkferdigheter i norsk og engelsk.
  • Besitter solid erfaring med Microsoft Office 365, spesielt Excel, og en god forståelse for økonomiske prinsipper.
  • Har erfaring fra tjenesteytende yrker og kjenner til administrative verktøy.
  • Har gode kunnskaper i norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.
  • Har kunnskap eller interesse for fasilitetsstyring med en forståelse for kostnadskontroll og bærekraftsrapportering.

Operator Service Center/Reception


We in our Real Estate and Facility department are looking for an engaged Service Center Operator/Receptionist to strengthen our team of six. Our goal is to work towards a more sustainable future by supporting our business lines. The position is permanent and full-time, located at our offices in Rubbestadneset, Bømlo, and Heiane, Stord.


Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Providing first-class hospitality at our two locations in Wärtsilä Norway.
  • Operating the switchboard for all Wärtsilä's legal entities and locations in Norway.
  • Handling both internal and external mail.
  • Handling security services, including the ISPS areas at Rubbestadneset.
  • Monitoring premises for fire safety and evacuation procedures.
  • Managing access control systems.
  • Support tasks in administration, facilities, and procurement, with a specific focus on cost-efficiency and sustainability reporting.


You will shine in this role if you:

 

  • are proactive and self-driven with a natural ability to see and take responsibility for necessary tasks.
  • have a service-minded and energetic presence.
  • have good language skills in Norwegian and English
  • possesses solid experience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and a good understanding of economic principles.
  • have experience in service-related professions and is familiar with administrative tools.
  • Fare fluent in Norwegian and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • have knowledge or interest in facility management with an understanding of cost analysis and sustainability reporting.


In this role, you will not only perform daily tasks but also have the opportunity to develop and improve the services at our service center while maintaining cost-effective operations.
