Account Manager

Wartsila Vostok,LLC is looking for a dinamic, sales driven, outgoing candidate to join our Sales Team, Marine Power as Account Manager in Murmansk branch.


- Sales& Business development for achieving sales targets within Murmansk region for the Wartsila MP product portfolio
- Generate sales based on customers request by evaluating inquire and registering/ maintaining opportunity information.
- Develop, report and obtain accountability for sales and sold margin budget among assigned customer accounts
- Visit Customers based on a weekly planning activities
- Maintain and further develop present assigned customer relationships.
- Identify and develop relationships with new and potential customers
- Create account plans for major customers, execute the plan and update changes throughout the year
- Develop and maintain customer satisfaction - Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information
- Propose customer specific budgets based on historical data, market outlook, identified opportunities and strategy
- Informs and works together with sales proposal & PCM & FS  in order to assure that offers are presented based on customers need.
- Create, maintain and manage all customer visit reports and larger opportunities in CRM
- Maintain accurate customer records among assigned customer accounts.
- Manage and avoid due receivables and informs accounting regarding issues and actions taken.
- Cooperate and coordinate sales activities for global or cross country operating customer with responsible colleagues
