Transas Navigator is responding for Russian Sales looking for Financial specialist in Saint-Petersburg 
Responsibilities:
• Allocate payments to customer accounts on daily basis
• Liaise with Orders and Sales departments to ensure accuracy of information provided, check sales orders for correctness and post invoices accordingly
• Create and distribute intercompany invoices
• Send out and monitor monthly customer statements, issue reminders to customers and participate in customer balance reconciliation
• Ensure debts are paid in a timely manner and reduce debtor days by proactively chasing debt by telephone and email, maintaining accurate records of all chasing activity
• Investigate and resolve queries relating to non-payment of debt
• Prepare weekly aged debt report
• Preparation of receipts for payment, verification, approval, submission to the accounting department for payment
• Control of payment of registers and necessary payments
• Monitoring the registers payment and required payments
• Currency purchase, deposit opening 

 

We wish you have:
• Higher economic education combined with at least 1-year experience working in a business environment in financial planning, forecasting and analysis
• Understanding of the financial tools, procedures and guidelines, including good communication and computer literacy
• A team player with positive can-do attitude with customer focus

• Fluent Russian, at least intermediate level of English
