Quality Engineer

Functions:

  • Processes modelling / implementation/ improvement
  • Сonsultation of employees on system management issues
  • Documentation and data management
  • Support business activities during tendering processes;
  • Internal audit
  • May require business travels (Russia and abroad)

At least half of the tasks are to be done in close collaboration with the colleagues outside of Russia.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education (preferably in the field of quality assurance / quality management/ management systems)
  • Direct work experience as a Quality / HSE manager (experience in the international companies is desirable)
  • Other professional experience in management system standards gained through study, supply chain management, auditing, consultations, training (experience in the English language is important)
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of ISO standards
  • Knowledge and experience in process modeling and its implementation, development of management system documents in the English language
  • Proactive facilitator/ interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of process modeling methodologies, knowledge of BPM is desirable.
  • Knowledge in the field of risk management
  • Visio or other processes visualization software
  • Experience in internal audits and certification
  • Skills in SharePoint are desirable
  • Ability to work with big data, analyze and offer solutions within the task
  • Fluent English and Russian is mandatory (written and verbal communication with the international network)
  • Social and stress management skills, commitment
  • Presentation and public presence
