Wärtsilä Marine Business is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agreement Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar industry, such as heavy machinery, heavy equipment, or marine. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field and advanced proficiency in English. The Agreement Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating tools, spare parts, and workshop services, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests, and maintaining proper record-keeping of activities and contractual requirements.
Location: Panama, Brazil or Dominican Republic.
Job Tasks:
- Coordinate tools, spare parts, and workshop services for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, visits, or other activities within budget.
- Respond timely and accurately to assigned contractual customer requests.
- Collaborate with customers to coordinate logistics of tools and parts.
- Work with Wärtsilä teams to implement prepared scheduled overhauls, assign workshop locations, and ensure components are overhauled in time.
- Review and approve internal and supplier invoices for coordinated activities.
- Work closely with the assigned team and actively update the contract manager on any important issues.
- Solve problems and handle claims while ensuring Wärtsilä complies with its contractual requirements.
- Maintain proper record keeping of activities and contractual requirements, such as workshop status reports, etc.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of work experience in a similar industry (heavy machinery, heavy equipment, or marine).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Decisive with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Proactive planning for jobs.
- Capable of keeping an overview of many ongoing activities at once.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internally with the team and other departments.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
