Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage spare parts orders, quotations, and deliveries while serving as the main point of contact for customers.
This role ensures accurate order processing, proactive communication, and effective coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer experience.
Position details:
- Location: Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana.
- Work model: hybrid, with 6 days per month in the office.
- Contract type: Permanent.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities.
- Serve as a liaison between the customer and the different departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
- Manage and coordinate quotations and orders in accordance with work procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and responsiveness in quotations and order processing.
- Ensure the proper use of customer master data and handling instructions when processing quotations and orders.
- Actively monitor the order backlog in collaboration with the sales team.
- Track and communicate spare parts delivery information to customers in a timely manner.
Required qualifications to apply:
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, international logistics or related fields.
- Languages: Advanced English communication skills is a MUST.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in supply chain roles.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with SAP.
- Portuguese: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in.
- Previous customer service experience.
