Mechanical Technician

We are looking for a Mechanical Technician in our Agreement Resources team in Saudi Arabia.

 

Your work tasks and responsibilities will include:

 -  Know and follow the Annual Operating Plan. (Refer Engine /Equipment operating hours)

-  Understand spares planning / availability of spares as per maintenance plan

-. Perform the Risk Assessment prior to start the work

-  Check the maintenance tools, ensure the measuring tools are calibrated

-. Observe & ensure each employee using the PPE

-. Review the work progress at the end of the day & ensure the progress is as per plan

-. Perform the maintenance activities on engines & auxiliaries as assigned by O&M Manager

-. Apply trouble shooting skills to solve O&M problems

-. Read Technical bulletin & equipment catalogue, to enhance the knowledge

-  Periodically check & ensure healthiness of fire pump house

-  Perform other tasks as assigned by O&M Manager from time to time

 

 As an ideal candidate, you will have following qualifications:

 A. Education:

  •  B.Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical/Marine/Power engineering or Equivalent.

 B. Experience:

  • Several years of relevant working experience on Wärtsilä engines or similar 4-stroke.
