We are now looking for a
Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d)
to join our team working for a better future. The position is temporary for 12 months and the preferred location for the position is Hamburg, Germany but also could be Schiedam, The Netherlands.
As Order Processing Clerk your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Accountable for processing the orders for the value stream Box Sales (predefined scope and packages)
- Accountable for processing the orders for the value stream Upgrades (predefined retrofits)
- Accountable for timely processing, delivery and invoicing of the orders by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the commercial engineers to clarify and finalize the offer and order to our customers.
- Actively contribute to technical tools and platforms, including CRM in close cooperation with Sales
Your success will be measured by:
- Results (commercial margin)
- Lead times
- Customer Satisfaction
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- Relevant background in Order Processing from 2 years, preferably in Automation & Navigation systems or products
- Accurate in administration, order processing and invoicing
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong drive for performance with positive attitude (can do mentality)
- Strong experience with SAP and Salesforce CRM
- Fluent in German & English (both written & spoken)
