Service Engineer Alternative Fuels

Alternative Fuel Service and Commissioning Engineer / Specialist

 

We are now looking for a service engineer to start up a new team within our region working on our LNG-Pack, Methanol, Hydrogen and Ammonia fuel systems. The preferred location for the position is in the Netherlands, but due to our large network the whole of central Europe is our playground.

 

What will you be doing?

 

In this position, your work will include commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and modify according detailed specifications. On a typical day, you might be starting with checking specifications and end the day with overhaul of a GVU (Gas Valve Unit) or Methanol installation. You will not be working on this alone, even though the work requires a high level of independency, as you will have the support from our Technical Service experts and colleagues.

 

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in process technology from PLC to valves back to HMI and experience from working safely with your hands and mind on chemical or LNG-Pack, Methanol, Hydrogen and Ammonia fuel systems. As an ideal candidate, you are in possession of valid ATEX certification, you have gained experience from the field and knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings and bulletins. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to be good with technologies that we are using nowadays, and you are a team-player
