Welkom bij Wärtsilä Nederland! We zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste en ervaren monteurs voor onze Engine Components Workshop in Schiedam om ons dynamische team te versterken.

Als monteur bij Wärtsilä krijg je de kans om:

- Te reviseren, repareren, verbouwen en inspecteren van maritieme motoronderdelen.

- Volgens officiële OEM protocollen te kunnen werken, accuraat, schoon en te streven naar perfectie.

- Ontwikkelen van je vaardigheden door zelfstandig of onder begeleiding aan projecten te werken.

- Een team-player te zijn binnen een divers en inclusief team van technische professionals

Wat je gaat doen:

- Beoordelen en meten van componenten in de werkplaats.

- Demonteren, inspecteren, monteren en meten van motoronderdelen.

- Oplossen van afwijkingen in samenwerking met de werkplaatsvoorman en teamleider.

- Werken volgens strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen.

Wat we van jou verwachten:

- Een vakopleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar veld.

- Technische kennis en ervaring met mechanische assemblage.

- Het vermogen om technische tekeningen en instructies te interpreteren.

- Kennis van reparatieprocedures.

- Nederlands en goede beheersing van het Engels.
