We are looking for a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The location for this position can be either Hamburg, Germany or Helsinki, Finland. 

The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of the principles of effective external communications and the innate ability tell a good story! 

 

In This Role, You Will Be Tasked With

  • Developing an integrated marketing strategy, customer engagement, and marketing plans in coordination with and in support of our Smart Optimisation Business Stream. 
  • Setting/managing/reporting on your marketing budget; conducting follow-up of actions and results 
  •  Helping to develop and deploy strategy -, being the single point of contact and principal conduit between marketing, business the business management, sales, and our customers  
  • Overseeing the development and deployment of all marketing activities and monitoring our presence in the market 
  •  Developing all elements of marketing content for all stakeholder & customer touchpoints 
  •  Creating /owning /driving /and reporting on launches and/ announcements of solutions as we take them to market/products to the market 
  •  Identifying and responding to market challenges issues and emerging trends relevant to the business, synthesizing information in order to develop messaging & clear communication of our value propositions 
  •  Create and deploy Bringing into play demand generation campaigns using all channels, owning the nurturing journey of opportunities together with sales teams to yield maximum opportunity. adopting demand waterfall best practices 
  •  Creating targeted CRM customer lists for use in marketing activities and leveraging our CRM data to identify opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion, drive incremental leads, ultimately generating e growth 
  •  Supporting local media and PR activities for all Voyage related stories

  • Minimum of 8 years marketing experience
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Strong online capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Experience managing budgets.
  • Strong stakeholder experience both Internal and external suppliers.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
