2-Stroke Service Coordinator

our main responsibilities are
- Responsible for the successful coordination relating to 2-Stroke field service jobs.
- Close cooperating with Resource Managers assigning engineers to jobs.
- Acting as key contact person for the customer during the work order, interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Liaising with customers to coordinate detailed schedules, parts, tools, authorizations and permits, and to formalize service bookings.
- Taking responsibility for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs.
- Raising Technical Request when applicable;
- Implement service follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback, maintaining service KPI's.
- Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines.
You will shine in this role when you have:
- safety first mindset, and first time right mindset.
- Technical background in Marine Engineering, preferably field service experience in 2-Stroke engines.
- Customer interest focused, commitment to deliver qualified services to customers' expectation; 4. Proven team work skill, and ability to reschedule/replanning in constantly dynamic situation.
- Good cost awareness.
- Good communication skill, fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- College degree or above.
