Field Service Coordinator

Your main responsibilities are

• Responsible for the successful coordination relating to 2-Stroke field service jobs.
• Close cooperating with Resource Managers assigning engineers to jobs.
• Acting as key contact person for the customer during the work order, interact with relevant internal stakeholders.
• Liaising with customers to coordinate detailed schedules, parts, tools, authorizations and permits, and to formalize service bookings.
• Taking responsibility for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs.
• Raising Technical Request when applicable;
• Implement service follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback, maintaining service KPI's.
• Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines.

You will shine in this role when you have:

• Maritime engineering background
• Minimal 3 years experience in relevant field of service coordination.
• Experience in Project Management, coordination, or similar roles;
• Technical understanding or background and general knowledge of 2-Stroke Engine.
• Reporting and analyzing skills
• Be proactive, curious, solution driven, cooperative, initiative, positive, flexible
• Able to prioritize workload with support of own manager
• General knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis knowledge
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required (both written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
