Sales Engineer

Your main responsibilities are
- Bid management (communication with global sales, customers, making technical selections, single line diagrams, cost calculations,
configurations, specifications and Quotations), either standalone or in bundles/solutions.
- Presenting and negotiating Technical Proposals with customers.
- Responsible for product deviation lists
- Making Document Delivery Schedules, weight lists, responsibility matrices, etc. for contract finalisation
- Responsible for the technical integrity and correctness of the offered solution in the sales phase.
- Accountable for correct cost estimates.
You will shine in this role when you have:
- Strong organizational skills, focused on achieving results as a team effort
- Continuous improvement and Operational Excellence mindset
- Good understand of Ship Electrification Solutions (SES) products and systems (especially variable speed drives including DC Bus applications) and basic
- Understanding of other Ship Electrification Solutions (SES) Products such as shaft generator systems, shore connections and energy management systems
- Good understanding of customer and its business
- Experience in multicultural working environment
- Excellent Communication skills
- Cost awareness & effectiveness
