Your main responsibilities are

- Develop, manage, and assume accountability for sales activities among assigned customer accounts for shipowner sales team.
- Manage the newbuilding and after sales-activities and customer relationships in order to reach sales targets and customer satisfaction on a consultive sales base.
- Tactical: Promote new life-cycle products following processes and standards based on the organization strategy- Capable to set short- to mid-term operational plans.
- Able to work in a cross-function organization (i.e. parts coordination management, field service, sales support etc.).
- Maintain and further develop own customer portfolio relationships.
- Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction (CEM).
- Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information.
- Propose customer-specific sales target based on market outlook, identified opportunities, and strategy.
- Create, maintain and manage all customer visit reports and opportunities in CRM.
- Maintain accurate customer records among assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure that customer inquiry, orders, and complaints are responded to in a prompt and satisfactory manner.
You will shine in this role when you have

- At least 5 years of related experience in marine industry;
- Bsc/Msc Engineering/Machinery is preferred ;
- Maritime university graduates are preferred ;
- Good commercial and negotiation capabilities
- Experience in successfully working with various stakeholders to deliver on customer expectation in international company;
- Advanced English that can be used as working language;
- Knowledge of Salesforce or any similar CRM
